Oops, found this saved and I thought I’d already posted it!

Ok, so last week is now a dim, distant but very happy memory. Yep, you’re right they’re all back! First one home was Tallulah who walked in, sat down and promptly fell asleep,so far so good thought I, until that is she started to unpack and there was an explosion like the Persil advert, clothes and girls stuff everywhere. It was tidied, sorted and laundered, no problem. Sunday, the boys came back - so now I have Paul’s suitcase (still not unpacked) in the hallway where I’m sure it will stay until either I move it or he goes away again. I think it’s funny how he is always half packed as if he’s not sure how long he’s staying before he’s off again on his travels. I know some women have a problem when their husbands / partners / whatevers go away on business / holiday / whatevers, I however relish it when Paul goes away. We are together 24-7 and we can and do grate on each other.

The big bombshell however is the fact that he’s come back from a week away and has turned …. VEGAN! I think it’s a ploy to piss me off quite frankly,as if it’s not bad enough having to cook for all different tastes everyday he now throws this into the mix. I’ll keep you all updated as to how it goes!

  1. Darling,

That is an awful thing to say. You know as well I do, I am not a Vegan, yes that was a yet another wonderful dish you cooked today … thank you. For those that don’t know when Shane came over to Portugal for a pre christmas / post a4uexpo break, he introduced me to a diet he was on, it had obviously worked for him & wouldn’t be surprised if he will soon take over the lead role on Baywatch from The Hoff. All i am doing is being a little more sensible about not mixing carbs & protein on the same day & cutting out dairy products. Soya milk is actually quite nice, well I like it anyhow.

As for grating, ouch, again that’s awful, I stay here secluded in my study stinking it out even more, because of the new eating regime, and you are elsewhere & I give you your space, I appreciate the whiffs (which can be cut with a knife) may rise upstairs, but on the whole we are like ships passing in the night .. and yep I do plenty of passing. Windows are a great invention by the way dear, it maybe cold outside, but you should opening them.

And as for the half packed suitcase, well … ermm .. ermm .. ermm .. yes you are right there, it’s always half packed (too lazy to empty) & even if only away for a couple of days, I pack for two weeks. To cover eventualities is my excuse.

So you relish me going away then dear, now I have that in print, I might have to exploit it. However last time on the stand off of who will msn each other first, I think I recall I won, so ;P

  2. I’ve just found your blog via Pauls… it’s great to see another female affiliate blogging. Looking forward to some more posts from the perspective of the ladies. Also, there are very few affiliate couples… Duncan and I are the same in terms of spending 24 hours a day together. It’s nice to know we’re not alone!

Perhaps we can form a support group?!
